"Face Yoga", come on!

Share a few facial yoga moves that can effectively relieve the collapse of the face and make the face firmer!

1, V lift 

Goal: Pull the drooping part of the face to improve the double chin. 

Steps:

1.1. Use the thumb fingers of both hands to form a "V" on the sides of your chin and neck.

1.2. Gently press and pull upward, stretching as far as you can toward your ear.

1.3. Hold this position and repeat for 30 seconds.

2. Stretch the anterior neck muscle

Bring your fingers together in front of your hands, pull your head up and back, hold for 5 seconds, practice for 30 seconds.

3. Head up and pout

Practice looking up and "kissing" the ceiling every day 

Keep your mouth as high as possible, and hold it for 30 seconds a day (every 3 seconds). This movement can help us build facial muscles, tighten our facial contours, make the jaw line clearer, and reduce neck lines.

4. Rotate your head from side to side

Rotate your head slowly to the left to the maximum extent and hold for 3-5 seconds. Rotate your head slowly to the right to the maximum extent and hold for 3-5 seconds.
