Alando is a globally renowned spiritual and wellness coach, and also a member of the British ASHA Foundation. She is hailed as one of the most influential and inspiring successful women in the world.
She once said, "Treating oneself with love is the best practice for life. Everyone can live a fully blossoming life." Few people know that, like the bright sunshine, she too had once plunged into the depths of despair.
Her childhood was not happy. Her elder brother had delayed intellectual development, and his mother vented all her emotions on her. At the age of 14, her father, due to a series of business failures, chose to commit suicide after going bankrupt.
She lost her beloved father, and her family's situation plummeted. The huge disparity made her feel extremely ashamed.
Despite her excellent academic performance and attractive appearance, she had an extremely low sense of security in her heart. Even when choosing a marriage partner, she dared not choose the one she liked. She said, "I'm afraid that others will discover that I'm not as good as I seem on the outside."
In her twenties, Alando became a renowned lawyer and magazine publisher with outstanding abilities, earning a million dollars a year and living in a luxurious mansion. However, as she became increasingly successful, she became increasingly anxious and even desperate, to the point of wanting to commit suicide.
She once recalled, "I was always chasing something, but I didn't know what it was. I had all the external things that should have made me happy, yet I wasn't happy at all."
At the age of 29, she made an astonishing decision - to divorce, resign from her job, and travel to India for spiritual practice, embarking on a journey to find herself.
Thirty years of spiritual practice has given her a completely new life experience. She learned to face her inner self and became increasingly at ease and composed.
Just as she said The best state of human life is to be genuine and natural. However, many people are trapped in external material pleasures but fail to appreciate the inner happiness.
Later, she began to assist more people in exploring the path of spiritual growth, and also wrote down her own transformation experiences in a book.
Regarding wealth, she has her own unique perspective. She said, Money is merely a form of energy that needs to flow. It comes, it goes. Sometimes it's abundant, sometimes it's scarce. This is the essence of money; it is not a fixed thing. If we try to control money, our world will become very small. When you are not afraid of losing wealth, you can truly obtain wealth.
How can one succeed? She said, Success never occurs under heavy pressure; it happens only in a nurturing and supportive environment. If you want to earn a lot of money, the first thing you need to do is not to focus on the money itself, as that will make us anxious and stressed. Start from pure joy and enthusiasm, or strive to improve the lives of others, and success will come to you on its own accord.
What is true abundance? She said, When a person can fully accept the present form of life as it is, joy will come at this moment. To be delighted by the inner blossoming, to be abundant in the inner fullness, and to allow everything to happen is the beginning of reaching inner peace.
