More independent, more relaxed, more open, more free

Accept your imperfections, accept your confusion, your anxiety, your regrets, adjust to your condition, find the strength to move on, to be better."

A lot of people may teach you how to grab the light, but you don't have to be anyone.

Curl up in a corner of your own,

Make a book out of your memory or make a new memory out of a book.

A quiet music, a bottle of healing perfume, a cup of mellow coffee, stay quiet in the noise, smooth the confusion, wash away sadness, enjoy the precipitation brought by time.
