Do the specific things, firmly support yourself.

The Tao Te Ching says: "The Tao follows nature."

What is nature? It means not forcing, not pushing too hard, going with the flow, and doing things steadily.

Do specific things, don't try to do too much, and don't rush. Take one small step every day, and gradually you will carve out your own path.

People don't get through by "figuring things out",

but by "taking action" to break through.

So, don't rush. Take your time. Once you get the right direction, being slow can actually be fast:

① Do specific things to combat anxiety.

② Do what you love and deeply master a skill.

③ Do things with long-term value, break down the goals, and persist in making progress one small step each day.

④ Do things to protect your energy, stay away from internal distractions and consumption.

⑤ Do what brings you back to your true self and find your own rhythm.

Doing one thing to the utmost is far better than doing a hundred things merely passively.

Love is the best form of energy sharing. Deepening one's efforts is the only way for ordinary people to break through.
