Life is a process of gradually awakening.

Life is a kind of experience. From the youthful days to the graying hair on one's temples, people always grow and wake up through experiences, thus gradually moving towards maturity and cultivating a calm and unbothered heart.

As people grow older, they become more calm and peaceful. They are no longer the same person who could not be retracted even by nine elephants.

In the past, if someone said a few words of praise, one would be excited for several days. But now, with a slight smile, one merely regards it as encouragement.

 In the past, if someone criticized, one would be sad and heartbroken. But now, one knows how to face it, in order to become a better self.

In the past, if someone ridiculed, one would look for someone to argue with. But now, one will no longer punish oneself with the mistakes made by others.

The former self always wanted to have more. What one wanted to obtain, one would desperately hold on to. What one did not get, one would not easily let go.

As one grows older, one increasingly understands the importance of letting go.

Gradually, I came to understand that the things you hold onto tightly tend to be lost more quickly. It's better to let them go naturally.

One must learn to live wisely.

The four seasons of life cannot always be spring.

Each season has its own flavor, and they are all gifts and offerings from time.

 Learn to accommodate and accept time, and go in the direction of your own preferences. This shows that your heart has matured.

Understand that beyond the hustle and bustle is life. At all times, you should reserve a place for tranquility in your heart. Start learning to slow down, allowing a slower-paced life to be unhurried and steady.

A cup of warm tea and a leisure book can also pass the half-day.

Start learning to think, examine yourself, make your heart warmer, and your soul fuller, maintaining inner peace and purity. The beauty of this world comes from your gentle treatment of life.

When people reach a certain age, they will choose to be with those who make them happy.

When you are with someone who is positive, you won't be gloomy;

when you are with someone with a broad heart, you won't be narrow-minded;

when you are with someone who is determined, you won't be confused.

Gradually, learn to stay away from those things and people that affect your mood, and start to learn to be kind to yourself, living peacefully and warmly.

When you are alive, the greatest asset is a good mindset. Only with the brightness in your heart can you live a happy life.

When people reach a certain age, they will truly understand the meaning of happiness.

Sometimes, happiness is just the fragrance of a cup of tea, an ordinary meal, a greeting reaching you, or a lamp that shines for you when you return home late.

The more one realizes the importance of companionship, the more one wants to walk hand in hand with a few close friends, and to be warm and close to one's family. Those who are always by your side are the most precious.

When one reaches a certain age, they will no longer view the hardships and pains life bestows upon them as a form of hardship or torment, but rather as a kind of shaping that life imposes upon you.

Fully understanding that the most precious thing in life is not how much wealth you possess, but whether you are happy; not how many people are by your side, but whether there is someone who understands you.

Live seriously, age gracefully, live until you look good. Only then will others regard you as a beautiful scenery.
