What are you investing in your health?

Someone once said:

"A lost soul can kill you faster than a virus can."

In this day and age, everyone has to face all kinds of external pressures.

But what directly determines the quality of our lives is our inner state.

Writer Emerson said:

"A happy disposition is the foundation of good health."

A person is always surrounded by negative emotions, not waiting for life to hand, they have been defeated.

And those who remain healthy are not naturally insulated from their troubles, but they have learned to take care of themselves at all times,

No matter how good a person is, it is impossible to satisfy everyone.

So instead of trying to change the people who don't accept you, try to filter out the ones who are worth living with.

Only screening, do not change, life can reduce more than half of the troubles.

Get along with yourself, focus on the controllable, let go of the uncontrollable!

Every day you encounter a variety of frustrating situations, and dealing with them is essentially a process of being with yourself.

The least worth it is to reduce the coping style to emotional venting.

In the fast-paced present, we rush around for life day and night, as if we can run fast enough, we can't feel the low mood.

But the feelings of being ignored don't go away, they just pile up deep inside, causing insomnia, dizziness, and discomfort in every organ.

Work is busy, life is tired, please also set aside a time for yourself to take care of the heart.

Getting up half an hour early every day and jogging in the sunshine can relax emotional pressure and greatly reduce the incidence of acute diseases such as heart attacks.

Or before you go to sleep, take 10 to 15 minutes to sit quietly and meditate, and let the emotions of the day flow slowly through your mind.

No matter how exhausting life can be, remove the emotional burden and wake up to a productive day.

Out of sight, the body does all it can for our health.

And we have only one thing to do, that is to live up to the care of our bodies.
