Longevity genes have been confirmed! Scientists recommend these 4 foods to be consumed daily.

There is a dormant 100-year-old code hidden in your genes.

Studies have shown that everyone carries longevity genes within their bodies, but only about one-third of them are activated, while the remaining two-thirds are suppressed.

This conclusion was first proposed by American scientist Thomas in 1997, and subsequent research has repeatedly confirmed this ratio.

Science has confirmed that there are four types of foods that can penetrate cells and activate longevity genes.

The first type is the pomegranate.

The tannic acid present in pomegranates can be converted into urolithin A in the human body. This substance is capable of repairing and rebuilding defective mitochondria.

The The second type is blueberries.

Especially for the smaller wild blueberries, they are rich in polyphenolic substances and can regulate genes related to lifespan (such as the mTOR gene).

Once this gene is activated, the rate of skin aging will be slower, lifespan may be longer, and the possibility of living to 100 years old will be higher.

The third type is bitter gourd.

In the CNN documentary "The Longevity Gene", scientists specifically studied the diet of the region with the longest life expectancy in the world - Okinawa, Japan.

Scientific research has confirmed that bitter gourd is rich in triterpenoids, which play a crucial role in activating the longevity genes and also enhance the anti-aging ability of cells.

The fourth type is seaweed.

The astaxanthin found in seaweed is an excellent antioxidant that can eliminate the excessive free radicals in the body - and free radicals are one of the main causes of our accelerated aging.

These four types of food are not expensive luxuries. Ordinary people can also consume them regularly. The key lies in scientific management and consistent adherence over time.
