The state of a person's strength is to disappear

A person's true self is often done in a place where others can't see it.

In this age of information overload, the price of strength is silence.

The psychologist Carl Jung proposed the theory of "individuation".

He believes that the process of individuation is the process in which people break away from the collective unconscious and gradually find themselves and reconcile with themselves.

This process is inevitably accompanied by loneliness, because in the process of self-exploration, the original social relations and role identity will be challenged.

Every process of becoming stronger is a process of de-noise.

In the process, we learn to filter out the voices that don't matter, leaving only what really matters to us as we grow.

This is a self-protection mechanism, because we begin to realize that focusing on too many unnecessary things only wastes our energy.

Just like everyone now has a lot of fragmented time, it is beautiful to use this time to learn, but later you will find that the really useful knowledge is never learned from fragmented time.

Because the subconscious in the brain is expressing, fragmented time prefers to be used for recreation.

Start to do the project, which project is hot, do which project, just make a little achievement, in the circle of friends out, wish the whole world know.

We live in an era dominated by traffic, and it seems that only by "sunning" ourselves can we prove our existence and value.

But in the pursuit of personal growth, this kind of thinking can often be deadly.

Many people are afraid of being alone, especially in modern society, where we seem to be kidnapped by the need to socialize.

The number of likes in the moments of friends, the number of dynamic comments, and the number of followers on social media seem to be the proof of our existence.

And when we choose to disappear, those virtual numbers also decrease, which makes many people anxious.

In the process of pursuing growth, many people are always anxious to see the results of change.

learned a new project today, want to make money tomorrow,  ran today, and  hope to be able to lose weight tomorrow.

Growth is never achieved overnight, three steps forward and two steps back is the norm.

Giving yourself enough time and space, and appropriately hiding for a period of time is a wise choice for metamorphosis.

Behind every success, there are unknown silent efforts, so in the critical period of growth, learn to disconnect the network properly, reduce the interference of external noise, and focus on  learning and accumulation, but more conducive to considerable progress.

Self-discipline in the prosperity, wake up in the down-and-out, endure ,to be outstanding, not endure, to be out.
