The low point in your life is actually saving your life, waiting for you to break through.

There is a certain destiny in life, but it's not a dead end.

When you reach a dead end, when everything you do is wrong and everything is painful, when you are at the darkest moment of your life, you can't resign yourself to fate, you can't sink yourself in the mire, allowing yourself to become base, down and out, and rotten.

Everything holds a glimmer of hope.

If one wants to break the set pattern, they must seek out some variables themselves. And what are these so-called variables?

They are simply going to places one has never been, doing things one has never done, completely shattering one's own perception, breaking the image one once had, and choosing a different way of living, a different life, a different existence.

Your lowest point requires you to build your own unique ladder. This ladder is the framework of your life.

The renowned writer Mo Yan said that “your true transformation and growth are accumulated during the hardships of the low points. ”

The low point is the time:

when you can't earn money, when your emotions are not in order, when your life is not going well, and when you are living in poverty and anxiety.

Your confidence has been repeatedly shattered, and your efforts have been completely dismissed.

The most terrifying thing is that this sense of powerlessness keeps recurring in you, with your emotions fluctuating between excitement and depression, just like a roller coaster ride.

People with a stable mindset can still lead a good life even during tough times.

They force themselves to go to bed, take a bath, eat properly, and maintain the basic defense line of their lives. Even if Mount Tai collapses right in front of them, they remain calm. As long as the fundamental foundation is stable, any great difficulties will yield to it.

However, some people, in their pain, will torment themselves by staying up late, neglecting to clean up, fasting or overeating.

In fact, it is these mundane matters like eating and sleeping that remind you to live in the present. The low point is never something that can be overcome in one go; instead, it requires small steps to gradually pull yourself back to a stable position. Day after day, one thing after another, the present is the future.

The more difficult the situation is, the less one should self-abuse. When necessary, one should learn to let go of oneself.

Fighting against emotions is a foolish act. It's something you imagine in your mind. For the meaningless things, just treat them like air and get along with them. The more you ignore them, the less they can do to you.

At this point, if one cannot move forward, then stay firmly in the same place, without retreating or falling back, without sinking. This itself is also a form of progress. It's like the bottom of a pot. Once you are already at the bottom, no matter how you move, it's all upward.

You should believe in the things in this world. As long as the vitality doesn't die out, there will come a time when you can rise again. After you have endured this period of time, you will understand the appearance of rebirth after being burned.

Apart from illness, all the pain you feel is brought about by your values, rather than something real. Don't let your irritability and anxiety destroy the little enthusiasm and experiences you have.

Remember:

"One must have the ability to turn things around.

There are no truly happy people in this world; only those who can let go.

Always believe that every situation of despair holds the possibility of a turning point."
