Practice in the present moment and reconcile with life

When people reach middle age, they have experienced thousands of sails, and they can personally realize that life is a practice, allowing everything to happen and being grateful for all the gifts, and only then can life be relaxed and beautiful.

We have to allow for complexity in life, which never promises a single answer. Sometimes is the worm singing and flowers, years quiet good; Sometimes it's a thunderstorm, and fate changes.

Gratitude for these gifts of life, good or bad, is the nourishment of our growth. When we meet good things, we absorb tenderness and strive to live toward the sun under the nourishment of love. When we hit the bottom, we face our weaknesses, break through ourselves, and emerge stronger.

We must allow life to be imperfect, just as the moon has its waxes and wanes and the evening star has its light and dark.

There will inevitably be some detours in life, there may be mistakes at work, we don't have to blame ourselves too much, life is an experience, there is no need to deduce perfection. Be grateful for your best efforts, accept the natural outcome, and believe that everything is the best arrangement.

We have to allow for the impermanence of life and cherish each ordinary moment.

When the disease hit the panic, the pain of losing a relationship, we should calmly accept these helplessness and regret, and let go, let life return to the present, grateful for the daily trivial beauty. A ray of sunshine in the morning, a smile from a child, a hug from a family member, are all worthy of the world, and are the strength that keeps us moving forward.

The world gives us what we gain, what we lose, what we meet, what we leave. All the ups and downs make up our unique life story.

For the rest of our lives, let us not be afraid of wind and rain, allow everything to happen, practice in the present, reconcile with life, and live every day with relief and gratitude.
