Loneliness is a kind of superior blessing.

Recently, I was deeply healed by this statement.

It says: Don't consider being lonely as a sign of being unfortunate.

From a metaphysical perspective, if you have few close relatives and few friends, it indicates that you owed less debts in your previous life and thus don't need to be entangled in the web of human relationships in this life.

Those people with complicated relationships may seem lively and bustling, but in reality they are like puppets whose strings are tied by cause-and-effect chains.

While you are as free as the wind, you don't have to repay debts for anyone and you are not dragged down by anyone.

Indeed, so it is. Looking at it from another perspective, loneliness is not necessarily a bad thing after all.

To be able to enjoy solitude is a rare quality in this world. And those who possess such a quality are extremely valuable.

To know how to enjoy solitude is not only an attitude towards life and a kind of wisdom in dealing with matters, but also a kind of superior blessing.

For many people, their entire lives are spent entangled in human relationships and maneuvering in the arena of fame and fortune, with their bodies and minds unable to be at ease.

Even when they are well-off financially, they still can't enjoy a moment of peace, instead leaving themselves exhausted.

And those who can enjoy solitude can follow their own hearts in doing things, maintain the independence of their personality and be true to themselves.

In "Rain Season No Longer Comes", Sanmao wrote: "Some friendships are like a depletion of one's spirit. Some friendships are like an elevation of one's soul. If we can't resonate with each other, it's better to be alone."

The best state for a person is to be richly tranquil. One should not be swayed by others' emotions, nor should one have to maneuver in others' emotional spheres. What one sees is all peaceful and at ease.
